Our weekly meditation explores the many ways to use meditation to become calm and relaxed. Most of the time it is just a simple guided journey inward to the peaceful sanctuary within, sometimes using a word or mantra to create inner stillness, and even sometimes a children’s book on how the young (and the young at heart) can develop meditation skills to help with life’s stresses.
