This gong yoga Nidra is about Awareness, it is a pathway toward our own consciousness. It takes us through the 5 levels of existence, the ancients called these levels “Bodies.” These “Bodies” are; The Physical Body, the Energetic Body, The Emotional Body, The Wisdom Body, and the final body is the Bliss Body. Each level we move through brings us deeper and deeper on an inward journey, until we reach that place within our self where Bliss resides. The guided parts of this meditation, and the gong, work together to bring about an experience of great
relaxation and self-discovery. Plenty of room to bring a mat and lay on the floor or you can sit in a chair. Experience the peace you have inside you, Feel rested, renewed, and peaceful.
