• The Prayer Team is here to pray with whomever requests prayer support.  Whenever you or a loved one needs prayer support, let Rev. Edie know and she will contact the Prayer Team.  Each month, the Prayer Team meets the first Sunday of the month following the service.
   
• You are invited to join those who Stand in Peace the second Sunday of each month at the Bella Vista Veteran's Memorial from 12:30 to 12:35 P.M.

  The Women's Gathering for Saturday April 3 at 9:00 A.M. will be held at Jane Barfield's home in Bella Vista.  All women are warmly welcomed.  Please come and share in a lovely time of prayer, laughter, great program, and delicious refreshments!! 

   
• The Men's Gathering for Saturday April 3 will be at the Unity Church Office in Bella Vista.  All men are welcomed for the gathering which begins at 9:00 A.M.
   
• A reminder that Daylight Savings Time begins on Sunday March 14, so spring forward one hour on that morning!
   
• The Annual Congregational Meeting will take place after the Sunday Service on Sunday March 21.  Everyone is invited to attend but only those who are members of Unity Church of the Ozarks may vote on church business.  During this meeting , we will have an update on the financial status of the church and be electing 2 new members to the Board of Trustees.  Thank you for putting this meeting on your calendar as it is an important yearly meeting in the life of the church.  Please check the cork board for the 4 candidates who are running for the Board.
   
• During the 5 Wednesdays in March, Rev. Edie is facilitating a class based on the Unity book, The Week That Changed the World by Ernest Wilson.  This book will explore the many events leading up to the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus.  If you have desired a better understanding of what the Easter story is all about and how it is relevant to your spiritual journey the discussions in this class may open a world of new thoughts and possibilities.
   
• Annual BOOK EXCHANGE is Sunday March 28th!!!!!!!!  If you have any books that you have enjoyed but are read to pass on, bring them on the 28th and exchange them for some books you would like to read.  This year we will also have a table for CD's and DVD's that folks would like to exchange.  This is always a fun time to take home some fresh new reading material.

• If we are not having church service due to severe weather, Rev. Edie will leave a message on the church cell phone (417-721-2752) the night before or the morning of a day so foul that it would be unwise to venture out into it.  Channel 16 will also be notified and they will add Unity Church of the Ozarks as "closed" on their streamer.
   
• TAX TIME: If you would like to have the amount of contributions that you made by check to Unity Church of the Ozarks in 2009, there is a signup sheet on a back table for this purpose.  Jot your name down and Jim Jensen will let you know the amount in January.
