  February  E V E N T S  
 
  • The Prayer Team is here to pray with whomever requests prayer support.  Whenever you or a loved one needs prayer support, let Rev. Edie know and she will contact the Prayer Team.  Each month, the Prayer Team meets the first Sunday of the month following the service in the Youth Education room in our new space.

  • For the winter months, Standing in Peace will take place in the church sanctuary around 12:15 instead of outside at the Bella Vista Veterans Memorial.  We stand for 5 minutes of silent contemplation and holding the light of peace for the planet and all life.
     

  • February 22 at 7:00 joins us for the Unity Church of the Ozarks book discussion group.   Group will be discussing "Open Your Mind to Prosperity" discussion led by Jo Ann Schwader.  For more information, please visit the FYI page.
     

  • Our February Pot Luck will be on Sunday Feb. 26th after the Sunday Service.  Please bring a dish of food to share and stay for a lovely time of good food and getting to know more of the great folks who are part of this spiritual community.
     

  • Following our Pot Luck, you are invited to stay for a workshop on "Discovering the Purpose of Your Life" beginning at 12:45 PM with Rev. Edie.  If you are still wondering why you came to planet earth this time around, this workshop may provide some hints that will stir your deep soul memory.  The workshop is presented on a love offering basis.

  • If you have any suggestions or comments for the Board to consider, we ask that you please submit them in writing by filling out a sheet that you will find on the back bookcase.  Your ideas will be discussed at the next regular monthly meeting of the Board and you will be contacted soon thereafter.
     

  • If we are not having church service due to severe weather, Rev. Edie will leave a message on the church cell phone (417-721-2752) the night before or the morning of a day so foul that it would be unwise to venture out into it.  Channel 16 will also be notified and they will add Unity Church of the Ozarks as "closed" on their streamer.

  • Thank you for using the cork board at the back of the sanctuary for any announcements or fliers about activities not sponsored by Unity Church of the Ozarks.
